Six years on, and we’re celebrating the huge success of the Gibbons Trade Education Centre here at Nelson College, and the launch of plans for a Primary Trades Education Facility.
A function was held yesterday with members from the local Trades Industry community coming to support the centre and hear about the successes of boys’ graduating with the skills to move directly into the trades workforce, giving them a first class career option.
The Centre offers a full range of industrial based courses including, Trade Building, Automotive Engineering, Bconstructive Fine Wood (furniture based course) Mechanical Engineering and Mechanical Electronics.
